Zoeller Manufacturing Plant

Industria developed comprehensive multi-disciplinary design documentation for an investment project encompassing the construction of an assembly plant for specialized heavy-duty truck chassis superstructures, complete with the manufacturing of steel body components, in Rekowo Górne. The project aimed to create a modern industrial facility integrating production, assembly, warehousing, and administrative processes within a single technological infrastructure.

The scope of work began with conducting an investment analysis and preparing a multi-disciplinary design concept tailored to the investor’s technological requirements, logistical conditions, and local zoning plan guidelines.

Industria prepared a multi-disciplinary building design along with all required administrative and technical approvals, energy performance documentation, executive design, as well as cost estimation and tender documentation. The team also supported the investor during the tendering stage by evaluating bids and participating in contractor clarification processes.

The centerpiece of the investment was a production hall with an integrated administrative and staff section, spanning a total area of approximately 19,590 m². The facility was designed specifically for manufacturing steel body components and assembling specialized superstructures for heavy-duty commercial vehicles.

A key challenge was integrating the production, warehousing, and logistical processes while engineering a flexible infrastructure that allows for future facility expansion and technological scaling. The project required precise multi-disciplinary coordination and adapting the building to meet the stringent demands of modern industrial manufacturing.
