Our design office, in cooperation with the general contractor Budimex, participated in the development of the Rzeszów Transportation Hub. The entire investment was executed under the supervision of the Regional Heritage Monuments Protection Officer and encompassed the preparation of concept documentation, the architectural and building design, obtaining the building permit, and delivering technical designs.

Thanks to the dedication and expertise of our designers, the project incorporates cutting-edge technologies in integrated building-applied photovoltaics (BIPV), modern telecommunication systems, and one of Europe’s most advanced “smart city” integration networks, developed over many years by the City of Rzeszów.

During the design phase, we utilized advanced geoscan technology, enabling the precise localization of underground utilities and infrastructure. The entire documentation set was created using BIM technology, which facilitated the efficient and timely design and construction of facilities including:
