The building is equipped with a smart ventilation system that automatically adjusts its operation based on outdoor pollution levels, while also optimizing indoor ambient temperature. Additional amenities include a laundry room, a private parcel locker system, remote management of home automation functions (power supply, heating, lighting, and lock controls), and remote access to core shared facility features, such as entrance gates and pedestrian access doors.
