Research Laboratory at Maritime Technology Center S.A. (CTM)

Industria developed comprehensive design documentation for the construction of a research laboratory facility for the Research and Development Center Maritime Technology Center (CTM) in Gdynia. The investment was implemented as part of a program to develop modern research infrastructure, aiming to create specialized facilities for electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) testing.

The project encompassed the construction of a research laboratory complete with laboratory, staff/social, and storage sections, an independent marquee hall for electromagnetic field testing, and supporting infrastructure. Within the laboratory, specialized spaces were designed to house an anechoic chamber, a reverberation chamber, climatic chambers, and EMC test workstations.

The scope of work also included the redevelopment of the internal road network, the construction of technical utility networks and installations, as well as full site development. Industria prepared documentation covering all engineering disciplines, including architecture, structural engineering, MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing), telecommunications, and civil/road infrastructure.

The main laboratory building achieved a usable floor area of approximately 1,640 m² and was equipped with specialized technical systems essential for conducting advanced electromagnetic testing. Complementing the development were an outdoor magnetic field test station and a storage facility supporting the operations of the center.
