Industria developed comprehensive design documentation for the expansion of the Reckitt Benckiser Production Poland plant in Nowy Dwór Mazowiecki. The project encompassed expanding existing production halls with new warehouse buildings, along with technical infrastructure and site development to support the growth of the plant’s manufacturing and logistical processes.

The scope of work included the preparation of a conceptual design, building design, and multi-disciplinary executive design for the new storage facilities and associated infrastructure. Industria was also responsible for preparing bills of quantities, investor cost estimates, and providing author’s supervision during project implementation.

The project involved expanding the existing industrial complex in successive phases by adding 4 and 3 new warehouse buildings, respectively.

Total specifications of the designed facilities:

• Total usable floor area: approx. 6,482 m²
• Total footprint area: approx. 6,136 m²
• Total gross volume: approx. 66,529 m³

The investment formed a key element in expanding the logistical and storage capabilities of Reckitt Benckiser Production Poland, enhancing the operational capacity of the manufacturing plant in Nowy Dwór Mazowiecki.
