The scope covers the preparation of the building design for the “Construction of an operating suite with a central sterile supply department,” which is functionally linked to the hospital’s main building via a connector at the ground and first-floor levels.

In addition to the construction of the operating suite, the design also included, among other works:

• Construction of a new oxygen station building
• Redevelopment of the existing operating suite into a Rehabilitation Center
• Modernization and redevelopment of the neurology, stroke, cardiology, general surgery, and internal medicine wards
• Adaptation and redevelopment of former Laboratory Diagnostics space into Diagnostic Imaging facilities
• Adaptation and redevelopment of rooms into spaces for hospital outpatient clinics
• Design of the necessary technical infrastructure alongside site development required for proper operational functionality
