Industria developed comprehensive design documentation for the construction of the Kwidzyn Industrial and Technology Park, complete with a Renewable Energy Center. The investment was designed as a modern space supporting business development, technology transfer, and the promotion of innovative solutions in the field of renewable energy.

Between 2009 and 2015, Industria prepared multi-disciplinary design and cost estimation documentation, including the building design, executive design, energy performance certificates for the facilities, tender documentation, a replacement design optimizing investment solutions, and author’s supervision during project execution.

The centerpiece of the investment was the Kwidzyn Industrial and Technology Park Center, featuring a usable floor area of nearly 4,300 m² and a gross volume exceeding 33,000 m³. The facility was designed as a multi-functional administrative, training, exhibition, and business hub serving the operations of the entire technology park.

The complex includes specialized modules fulfilling various functions to support business development and innovation. A solar gallery was dedicated to demonstrating renewable energy technologies, while a training and exhibition module enabled the hosting of educational events, conferences, and technological presentations.

A vital component of the project was the Renewable Energy Center, which fulfills administrative functions and supports the growth of enterprises operating within the advanced energy technology sector. The complex also incorporates a business incubator designed for tech startups and companies engaged in knowledge transfer between scientific institutions and business entities.

Complementing the development is a passive house building serving demonstration and educational purposes. The facility enables the presentation of modern energy-efficient solutions and technologies applied in low-energy building construction.

A key challenge was integrating multiple functional uses within a single complex while designing infrastructure to foster collaboration among enterprises, research institutions, and innovation development organizations. A crucial aspect of the project was also adhering to the requirements arising from the development’s location within a heritage conservation zone, directly adjacent to the historic manor house in Górki.

Industria prepared a design covering all engineering disciplines, including architecture, structural engineering, MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing), telecommunications, and road infrastructure. The result of these works was a modern complex supporting the development of technological entrepreneurship and the promotion of renewable energy sources.
