The facility design includes:
- Entrance area with reception and waiting room
- Staff changing room complex with sanitary facilities
- Physical therapy rooms
- Endoscopy unit with a recovery room and reprocessing/washing area
- Outpatient consultation rooms / Examination rooms
- Conference and office facilities
- Technical, auxiliary, janitorial, and sanitary rooms
Area subject to adaptation: 476.59 m²
