Representatives from Industria participated in a workshop and recruitment event organized in collaboration with the Careers and Alumni Office of Gdańsk University of Technology.

The meeting provided a great opportunity to talk with students about working in a multi-disciplinary design firm and the daily challenges involved in delivering complex projects. Participants had the chance to learn more about teamwork, the application of BIM technology and modern engineering tools, as well as career growth opportunities within the design sector.

As part of the event, a workshop titled “4 Thinking Styles in a Job Interview” was held, addressing the importance of communication, effectively presenting core competencies, and preparing for the recruitment process.

The event created an engaging space to discuss career paths, initial professional experiences, and current growth opportunities for those starting out in the industry.
