Creaton Production Hall

Industria developed comprehensive design documentation for an investment project executed for Creaton, encompassing the construction of a modern manufacturing plant complete with extensive technological, logistical, and transport infrastructure. The project was prepared for an industrial facility with demanding technological requirements associated with building material manufacturing processes.

The scope of work included the preparation of a replacement building design, executive design, and shop drawings across all engineering disciplines. Industria was responsible for coordinating architectural, structural, MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing), electrical, telecommunications, and civil/road engineering disciplines.

The designed facility spanned:

  • Usable floor area: approx. 32,734 m²
  • Footprint area: approx. 32,127 m²
  • Designed roads, yards, and parking lots: over 8,000 m²
  • Outdoor tanks total capacity: 1,591 m³

The centerpiece of the investment was a production hall with a height of approximately 11.6 meters, equipped with a 5-ton capacity overhead crane system. The design also required accommodating specialized technological processes – heat transferred from the kiln to the foundation reached temperatures of 120°C. The technological infrastructure was completed by a 27-meter-high industrial chimney stack.
