Industria developed comprehensive design documentation for the expansion of ABB’s facilities, including production, storage, office/staff buildings, and a logistics center for the power electronics and electric motor manufacturing sectors. The projects were executed as part of successive development phases of ABB’s industrial complex in Aleksandrów Łódzki and Łódź.
The scope of work encompassed designing modern production facilities for power electronics products, expanding the electric motor factory, constructing a logistics center, and expanding office, staff, and storage sections. Industria was responsible for multi-disciplinary building, executive, and tender designs, complete with technical and road infrastructure.
The centerpiece of the investment was an industrial building with office, storage, and staff sections, featuring a total usable floor area of approximately 19,000 m². The project also involved expanding existing production facilities, modifying structural elements, and adding vertical extensions to administrative and staff areas to support the plant’s continued growth.
Industria prepared design documentation across multiple phases of ABB’s investment, covering production and storage halls, maneuvering yards, parking lots, technical infrastructure, and facilities supporting the plant’s logistical and technological processes.
ABB’s investments serve as an example of modern industrial facilities integrating production, logistical, and administrative functions within a single, unified industrial infrastructure.
