Preparation of complete multi-disciplinary design documentation, including the building design and replacement building design, as well as calculations, equipment selection, equipment design, and the development of operation and commissioning manuals for the Investment, including its individual components such as storage tanks, nozzles, and connecting pipelines. Development of executive designs, documentation required for approval by the Central Office of Measures (GUM), technical inspection documentation subject to agreement with the Transportation Technical Supervision (TDT), as-built documentation, acceptance documentation, and provision of author’s supervision over the Investment until the occupancy permit is obtained.
