Laboratory Building:

Guided by Selvita’s inspiring history and achievements, we designed the new laboratory building to express lightness, modernity, and a close connection to the research and development activities at the core of its operations. Designed as a rectangular cuboid, the Selvita building stands out primarily due to its innovative composition. Furthermore, in prominent areas along the eastern, northern, and parts of the southern elevations – we introduced a decorative layer of glazing. This so-called “second skin” of the facade, featuring a distinctive hexagonal grid pattern, perfectly references the laboratory’s function while giving the building a unique identity.

Reagent Storehouse:

The reagent storehouse, serving as a complementary facility to the main building, is presented as a standalone, single-story structure with a rectangular cuboid shape. Located in the northern part of the plot behind the main building, the storehouse was meticulously designed to harmoniously integrate with its surroundings.
