The project involved the reconstruction and modernization of an existing laboratory building, along with site development, including the construction of a cable duct system and the installation of a power generator, located at the Research and Development Center in Kajetany. The investment was carried out as part of a project co-financed by state budget funds from the Medical Research Agency (ABM) for the development of innovative therapeutic solutions using RNA technology (call no. ABM/2021/5), commissioned by Adamed Pharma S.A.

The scope of work included a detailed survey of the existing facility, the development of a functional and spatial concept, the preparation of a multi-disciplinary building and executive design, as well as author’s supervision during the construction phase. The design process accounted for the high technical and functional requirements typical of modern laboratory facilities.

The result of the investment is a state-of-the-art research center with an area of over 3,500 m², equipped with specialized laboratories and advanced technical facilities. The space has been tailored to support advanced research and development in innovative medical therapies. The implemented solutions significantly increased the functionality, infrastructure reliability, and technical standards of the facility.
