A design team for special tasks
Behind every investment lies the collaboration of multiple disciplines. Our projects are driven by architects, structural engineers, building services designers, BIM specialists, technologists, and industry experts who collectively coordinate complex design processes.
For nearly 20 years, we have been delivering investments that demand precision, clear communication, and efficient work organization. The experience gained from hundreds of projects has taught us that good design is not just about developing individual disciplines, but above all, about skillfully integrating them into a single, smoothly functioning facility. This is why we attach such great importance to the quality of collaboration and information exchange at every stage of the project.
Modern investments require continuous information exchange, rapid decision-making, and efficient coordination among multiple participants in the investment process. Our role is not only to prepare documentation but also to support the investor in analyzing solutions, anticipating potential problems, and making decisions that impact the future operation of the facility.
We discuss, analyze, and collectively seek solutions best tailored to the specifics of the investment and the real needs of users. In design, there is no room for
half-measures – every decision impacts the safety, durability, and functionality of the infrastructure for years of operation to come.

Security embedded in the process
We execute projects for sectors where the safety, reliability, and operational continuity of infrastructure are critical. Therefore, we work in accordance with international standards for quality, information security, and process management, as confirmed by ISO 9001, 14001, 27001, and 45001 certifications.
We also maintain a classified registry, enabling the execution of projects that require an elevated level of confidentiality, including investments related to strategic infrastructure and the defense sector.
Data-driven design
We have been working in a BIM environment for many years, utilizing 3D scanning and point clouds, while developing capabilities related to Digital Twin technology, which we view as one of the cornerstones of modern design and infrastructure management.
Modern technologies allow us to effectively coordinate projects and better manage design information. We also develop proprietary solutions that support the organization of the design process and multi-disciplinary coordination (including the Pliker CDE platform and BIM Guide, a tool supporting BIM Managers).
