We design in a BIM environment utilizing advanced tools such as Revit, Civil 3D, Dynamo, MagiCAD, and Navisworks. We leverage and generate our own point clouds, 3D scans, and digital models, which enable us to achieve full multi-disciplinary coordination.

We also develop proprietary tools, including the Pliker CDE platform for efficient communication and data exchange throughout the investment process, BIM Guide to support BIM teams in their workflow, and rms.guide for the effective monitoring, control, and management of energy-producing installations.

In design, tools that allow us not only to create but also to analyze and improve are playing an increasingly vital role. These include genetic algorithms – solutions inspired by the mechanisms of evolution and natural selection.

We utilize them within parametric environments, such as Dynamo, to automatically generate multiple design options. As a result, we can compare different functional layouts, optimize systems layouts, analyze costs, and adapt the project to environmental conditions or investor requirements.
