It consolidates data from all engineering disciplines into a single environment, streamlines collaboration among designers, minimizes the risk of errors, and supports both construction and subsequent facility management. Since 2016, we have been designing using BIM technology, utilizing it as a tool for information management throughout the entire lifecycle of an investment. We also create dedicated BIM libraries for manufacturers, supporting the integration of their products into the design process.

BIM Analysis

BIM models enable analyses to be conducted as early as the initial design stage, supporting the selection of optimal technical solutions. These include, among others, solar radiation, energy efficiency, and building carbon footprint analyses.

As a result, we can support investors in preparing facilities for LEED and BREEAM certification, as well as in meeting requirements related to sustainable construction.

BIM forms the foundation of our daily work on complex projects. Experienced BIM Managers and Coordinators are responsible for model quality, multi-disciplinary coordination, and information flow. We work primarily in Revit and develop our own tools to support the management of large-scale projects.
